The Heritage Inn, Bathurst is looking for an experienced receptionist to join the team.
About the Role:
- You are responsible for the smooth running of the reception desk including guest interactions, daily arrivals and departures, telephone interactions, processing online and direct reservations, payments and completing daily administration tasks
- You have excellent customer service skills and phone mannerism
- You will be organised, efficient and have great attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
The Offer:
- A permanent part-time role, 15-20 hours per week, 2-3 shifts weekly
- Flexible with weekday hours, must be available to work weekends. Work a set fortnightly roster.
- CASUAL RATES - Weekday $31.10, Saturday $37.30, Sunday $43.50
- PERMANENT RATES: Weekday $24.87, Saturday $31.10, Sunday $37.30
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a busy hotel reception or other reception environment
- An understanding of hospitality and tourism is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be competent in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and work well under pressure
- A positive can-do attitude
- Must be reliable, honest and hardworking
