We are on the lookout for people with a passion for delivering exceptional client service to join our reception team at our growing health and wellness clinics! Positions available across all three of our locations (Greenslopes, Taringa & Newmarket).

Key Responsibilities
- Booking, scheduling and organising appointments
- Liaise with clients in regards to appointments, payments and health history
- General office/administration/reception duties/money handling
- Stock take, ordering and inventory
- Liaise with & support fellow receptionists, management and therapists to ensure smooth running of the clinic
- Clinic cleaning & laundry duties
Selection Criteria:
- Flexible availability throughout the week
- Must be available on weekends!
- Happy to work between different clinic locations (Greenslopes, Taringa, Newmarket)
- Experience with allied health or medical reception is very advantageous
- Experience in office duties or customer service is advantageous
We offer an hourly rate of pay/salary aligned with the Health Professionals and Support Services award.
