About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level position as Junior Coordinator. With strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills, you will work with teams at our brand-new office located in Murarrie.
Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, the Junior Coordinator will be responsible for the set up and close out coordination tasks required for each project, while monitoring dates and timelines in collaboration with the Team Leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Complete project admin tasks for each new project
- Prepare a project timeline in collaboration with the Team Leader
- Touch base with clients to confirm their project is active with our team
- Monitor the project timeline and contribute to morning meetings
- Complete project admin tasks for each completed project.
What You’ll Bring
- An interest in starting a career in Coordination/Administration
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work within a team and be self-directed
- Ability to initiate communication with internal teams and clients
