Form of workAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Tender Coordinatorto join the Blue Water Shipping team in our Hamilton (Brisbane) office.
Reporting to the Tender Solutions Lead, you will provide the technical solution requirements of all key project opportunities for Oceania.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast paced team who are committed to excellence of delivery and engagement.
The principal objectives of this position are:
- Manage the technical solution requirements of all Key Project Opportunities for Australasia.
- Support and lead all tenders - working with stakeholders in Oceania and globally
- Manage Tender Log and Dashboard
- Ultimate objective is to ensure Australia can be self-sufficient for output of tenders, EOI, RFI’s, Studies, etc.
- Develop, plan and procedure for this Function including development of junior talent to support this function
- Interface Contract communication between legal, manager, client and suppliers.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvements across processes and templates.
- As/when required, assist in implementing Projects
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Diploma or First Degree (Business, International Trade, Marketing, Project Management or Business Analysis).
- Experience in Logistics or Marketing
- Experience in CRM is desirable
- Strong negotiation skills
- Complete understanding of BWS values
- English spoken and written – CEFR Level 5
- IT – Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook (advanced knowledge is a plus)
- Must be able to gain and maintain a Criminal History clearance
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia
