Reporting to the General Manager - Group Procurement the successful candidate will be a facilitator of knowledge and a champion for corporate procurement governance within Logistics Categories.The Category Manager will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and contracts as well as performance and risk management across Logistics Categories including but not limited to Transport, International Logistics, Manual Handling Equipment and Warehousing.About the role: Managing six step sourcing process including demand analysis, supply analysis, sourcing strategy development, execution of sourcing process, contract execution, contract life cycle management and supplier relationship management.Strategic category management of Transport, International Logistics and Manual Handling Equipment across the end-to-end procurement value chainDeveloping category strategy for Transport, International Logistics and Manual Handling Equipment categories in alignment with CSR Supply Chain Transformation business goals.Collaborate closely with the Transport Team as a business partner to aid in the execution of transport/transformation strategy objectives.
