Currently the Procurement team based in Newcastle are looking for a Category Manager to join them. The team are a high performing procurement team who are strategic in their approach in category management and tender evaluation. This role will see you responsible for:
- High level strategic sourcing
- Complex category management with full responsibility of the categories given
- Key stakeholder management
- Leading negotiations of complex contracts and terms
- Autonomous end to end category management and procurement processes
