Catering Contract

Singleton Golf Club is seeking expressions of interest for Contract Caterers to manage our new

 Kitchen and Restaurant.

Can you envision collaborating with our dynamic team to promote and market the Singleton Golf Club, including its brand-new Kitchen and Restaurant?

Singleton Golf Club is embarking on a transformative journey, with major renovations scheduled for March through to the end of June. We have meticulously crafted a state-of-the-art kitchen and restaurant, capable of catering to large gatherings. Now, we're actively seeking expressions of interest from visionary individuals eager to present their business plans for this remarkable opportunity.

The new Clubhouse features the following:

* Restaurant (indoor & alfresco) seating 120 guests
* Conference facility (Meeting Room catering for 12 participants)
* Fully equipped Commercial Kitchen and Back of House Facilities appropriate to service the Function Centre, Restaurant

* Future upgrades include a Full Independent Function Bar

Expectations of suitable applicants include (but are not limited to):

Provide quality meals and beverages at competitive prices that appeal to members and visitors.

• Ability to operate the Bistro and Function room.
• Review and update menus consistently with seasons and customers’ demands.
• Provision of consistent, outstanding customer service.
• Experienced and well-trained staff in all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness.
• Be fully conversant with relevant legislation relating to licensing, food service, hygiene, and employment conditions, including WHS compliance and insurance.

Your Expression of Interest should include:

• A cover letter explaining your reasons for applying for the contract.
• Details of past and current business and catering experience, including current references.
• Details of appropriate qualifications, including Food Handling Certificates.
• Samples of food concepts including menus and pricing, also including Function Menus.
