An upmarket cafe and catering business, focusing on high quality ingredients and products to corporate customers and clients.
A team of 6 works within the production team to make a large selection of high quality sandwiches, salads and baked products for our cafe as well as catering to nearby office towers.
You will be required to work mornings from 5 or 6am. An element of flexibility is available.
Monday to Fridays only, NO WEEKENDS. NO PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. TIME OFF OVER CHRISTMAS.
You must be able to work assist and mentor a team of 6.
Your attention to detail and work attitude will be highly regarded.
Production time schedules, presentation and teamwork are very important to us.
Experience in corporate catering and large scale cafes desired but not entirely essential.
Handover and training will be provided for an experienced and organized chef.
