About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our hospitality team on a Full-Time basis.
The successful candidate will join an experience, long-serving team that pride themselves on providing the highest quality service to our patients and residents.

This role will be primarily responsible for supervising ang guiding the catering team throughout general day to day duties, this includes but is not limited to:
- Ensuring presentation and quality of all meals meets the required standards
- Overseeing food safety compliance requirements including auditing food safety documentation
- Organises the catering, food serving and setting up of all functions by the hospital and nursing home
- Coordinate Resident meal orders taken on Soupedup
- Assist with all duties within the kitchen as required
Some weekend work will be required.

- Cooking and serving food, while coordinating with other kitchen staff
- Ensuring that dishes meet high standards at all stages of preparation and presentation.
- Staying up to date with culinary trends and kitchen processes
Essential criteria
- Prior experience working in Aged Care or a Hospital environment
- A commercial cookery trade certification
Desirable criteria
- Prior experience using SoupedUp
- Previous Management or Supervisory experience
