The Role
My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cellar Door Sales Manager to lead their operations and drive sales at their Cellar Door. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and exceptional customer service skills, with a proven sales management and team leadership. This role requires strong organisational abilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to create a welcoming and memorable customer experience.
Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality or retail industry, preferably within the wine industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as the operation requires.
- Lead and motivate the Cellar Door sales team to exceed sales goals and provide outstanding service.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and informative atmosphere.
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
