Altona North is our 186-place centre with a range of resource-rich environments, including mud pits, wobbly bridge, a boat and age-specific ateliers. Located on Millers Road, the centre has parking and easy access to public transport. The light-filled and spacious centre also has access to a school hall, which we utilise as a third kinder room, light atelier and has space for our holiday care program. With a strong sustainability program, the centre boasts multiple herb and vegetable gardens, worm farms and compost bins. We are proud to have a diverse team of Educators and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays, including our end of year concert, which brings in over 500 guests.

Working closely with your Team of Teachers and Educators, you will enjoy:

- Contributing to making your Centre an example of why Guardian is driven by its mindsets of being brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional in all aspects of what we do.
- Using your leadership and business skills to make your centre financially sustainable, as Guardian invests 100% of profits into more high-quality education for young children across Australia.
- A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards)
- Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a leadership role.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
- Budget and financial accountability experience
- Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
