Centre Manager

We have a rare opportunity for an empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset to guide and support educators and families within the centre.

With a long standing ACM to support you daily, alongside the consistent support of experienced operation manager and area manager we are confident in providing you the smoothest start to your Affinity journey! 

You will: 

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets. 
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service. 
• Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards 

About you: 

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification 
• A current Working with Children’s Check 
• Experience in a management or leadership role 
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
