About the Centre Hawthorn Aquatic & Leisure Centre (HALC) is a premier Aquatics & Recreation venue located within City of Boroondara and managed proudly by the Y. HALC is one of four facilities within the Boroondara Leisure and Aquatic Facilities (BLAF) and boasts a 720m2 health club, 3 Group Fitness rooms, an outdoor 50m pool, indoor warm water pool, cafe, and childcare. HALC is located in the heart of the Glenferrie Road precinct, servicing over 3,500 members, 1,300 Swimming Lessons students, and 600,000 visits annually.
