Our client, a shopping centre landlord who owns a large sub-regional asset located south of Brisbane, is looking for a new Centre Manager that enjoys being hands-on and can utilise their experience in centre management to roll up their sleeves, lead a team and deliver on expectations.
Reporting to the owner, you will be required to manage the day to day operations of this shopping centre including but not limited to; tenant inquires; weekly and monthly reporting; rent reviews and renewals; preparing and analysing quarterly budget reviews; Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements to ensure the asset strategy aligns with the owners vision for success.
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in a Centre Manager position is ideal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of financial acumen
- Have the ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
- Shopping centre redevelopment experience would be preferable, but not essential
- Positive yet strong personality who wants to make a difference
