Operations Manager - Shopping Centre

About the Role:
  
As the Operations Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the Centre Management team, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and overall efficiency of a highly regarded Shopping Centre in Toowoomba.
Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of hard and soft services
• Contractor induction and management
• Uphold OH&S standards
• Preventative and reactive maintenance management
• Provide support for OPEX and CAPEX budget management

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations within a retail environment
• Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or Building Services Trade, advantageous but not essential
• Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety, Compliance and Risk Management
• Genuine passion for retail property and Shopping Centre management
• Ability to thrive and multitask in a high-pressure environment
