Position Overview
Reporting to the Transformation Lead, the Change Analyst will play a crucial role in facilitating organizational change and driving successful adoption of new technologies and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and MS 365 roll-out, as well as a strong background in communication and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of MS 365 roll-out, including migration to the cloud (MS Azure) and optimization of existing MS Office and SharePoint systems.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support the implementation of new technologies and processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify change impacts and develop mitigation plans.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are equipped with the necessary skills to adopt new technologies.
- Conduct thorough assessments of change impacts, considering both the technical and human aspects of transformation.
- Develop change readiness assessments and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in change management, preferably within MS365 rollout projects.
- In-depth knowledge of MS365 suite, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Experience with cloud migration projects, particularly MS Azure, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs, tailored to different audience needs.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
