Our client is a well-known Institution who have embarked on a multi-year Change strategy. They are currently looking for an immediately available Change Analyst to join the business, to play a key role in the organisations Change business unit within the Transformation Office. You will support the organisation on an enterprise-wide transformation journey, where you will manage key change activities including impact and readiness assessments, current to future state gap analysis, training needs and organisation wide stakeholder analysis, including the analysis, documenting, and reporting of information and data.

About you:
The ideal candidate would have had previous experience with HRIS implementation, to play a pivotal role in supporting the HR transformation program. This is a contract position, where your main role is to ensure a seamless transition to new ways of working, minimising disruption and maximizing engagement among stakeholders, leaders, and employees - this through training and developing strong Change Comms.
Role responsibilities:
- Perform a comprehensive training needs analysis.
- Develop a detailed learning plan, using available HRIS vendor training resources.
- Lead the execution of the learning program for end users, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Identify resources and tools to enhance content creation and distribution.
- Contribute to increased benefit realisation, value creation, ROI, and achievement of results.
- Using readiness and change impact assessments, sponsorship management and resistance plans to prepare change, training, and comms plans.
- Delivery of coaching and support for leaders and users before and after go-live to help solve problems and ensure engagement, adoption and usage of the new system and ways of working.
- Working within a change agent network
- Strong Senior stakeholder engagement capability
- Managing internal communications such as newsletters, portals, and intranet sites
- HRIS implementation experience.
- Change management expertise in HRIS and transformation programs, especially in learning and development.
- Proficiency in various learning techniques for a blended learning approach.
- Project management experience in high-change environments.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Effective influencer, unafraid to challenge the status quo.
- Persuasive communication, relationship, and project management skills.
- Innovative analytical person, adept at handling ambiguity and offering practical solutions.
This is a day rate contract, for an initial 6 months, paying up to $500 p/day + super.
