We are seeking a Change Analyst who revels in the intricacies of impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and the pursuit of continuous improvement. Duties will include:
- Evaluating and analysing the impact of proposed changes on products, programs, and processes.
- Engaging with stakeholders, manage communications, and facilitate change-related expectations throughout the lifecycle.
- Lead the change board, prioritize change requests, and champion formal change control processes.
- Degree in project management, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in product change control with a solid grasp of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with JIRA, Teamcenter, SharePoint is preferred.
- Passionate about identifying process improvement opportunities and proposing enhancements for streamlined change management.
