As a Change Analyst you will have the opportunity to work with the thriving Enterprise Change Practise at the Reserve Bank of Australia, during a time of transformation.
Your responsibility will be to develop and execute Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications plans in support of a large-scale technology program. Working as part of a large project team, you will work closely and collaborate with two Change professionals, in support of identifying key stakeholders to support stakeholder engagement, assist in developing Change Plans and drive change workshops to identify and understand change impacts.
This opportunity will allow you to work on an end-to-end Change Program from the beginning and experience it to the end. Any experience working on a large-scale technology program is highly advantageous.
Your background
- Demonstrated experience creating change strategies/plans.
- Experience working through the change life cycle including conducting stakeholder analysis and engagement plans, performing change impact assessments and assessing the business readiness.
- Experience in planning and executing change communications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of IT stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate complex messages in a simplified way.
Your team
Reporting to the Change Manager you will be part of a small collaborative team of 3, which includes a Change Lead. You will also be part of a dedicated team for a large-scale Technology project and day to day you will support and work closely with two Change specialists.
