In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and execution of effective change management strategies.
- Assessing the potential impact of changes on business operations.
- Developing and driving change initiatives to ensure a smooth transition.
- Planning and implementing clear communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Creating and maintaining change management documentation, including communication plans.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to analyse business readiness and identify potential roadblocks.
- Supporting the development of mitigation strategies to address risks and issues.
- Providing regular updates on the status of change initiatives to project teams.
- Solid experience as a Change Analyst/Officer
- Experience in change management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess business impacts.
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Concise communicator with exceptional writing and documentation skills.
