Change And Engagement Lead

As the Change and Engagement Lead, you will be instrumental in spearheading transformative initiatives within our clients organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the charge in driving engagement, communication, and change activities across various projects. Your role will involve collaborating with senior leaders, developing comprehensive change management strategies, and ensuring seamless implementation of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver overarching Change and Engagement plans for programs and associated initiatives.
• Create clear and effective communications for key stakeholders and the wider business.
• Provide expert advice and support for deployment activities.
• Assess and report on change readiness.
• Lead and manage change aspects of implementation, prioritizing deliverables and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with Employee Experience Team as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the Program.
• Measure and report on the success of change initiatives, tracking progress and addressing issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management.
• Exceptional engagement and communication skills.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing change management plans.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and deliver on objectives within tight timelines.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to identify emerging trends and issues.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading organizational change efforts.

Desired Experience:

• Background in utility sectors.
• Experience with large-scale transformational and organizational change efforts.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in business management, communications, or equivalent.
