Change and Training Manager - Contract

Daily rate : $1000 - $1200 inclusive of super
Location: Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid work - CBD office)
Start Date: ASAP - 4 weeks
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Facilitate operational and behavioural training that engages the audience, meets learning objectives, and
Partner with the Project Manager and Business stakeholders to formulate structured training
delivery frameworks- Ensure seamless rollout of training programs & is responsible for the end to end logistics of training delivery
- Manage the assessment process to meet compliance standards for project
Manage participant training and attendance records to ensure accurate data in the Learning Management
System- Maintain relationships with business stakeholders on training needs and requirements of staff
- Manage training calendar, budget and reporting through to the Project Manager
- Partner with the teams to develop targeted development plans for retail staff
- Collaborate with business training teams or equivalent
Oversee and ensure training compliance activities meet standards and exceptions are escalated as required
to the Project Manager & key Business stakeholder- Develop, monitor, and execute the training delivery framework
Producing and socializing regular Project Status updates to relevant stakeholders relating to Change
Management
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree.
Change Management Certification
- Experience facilitating talent calibration sessions & building training\change plans
- Prior experience contributing to, or leading large scale change programs
- Business acumen with working knowledge of retail systems
- Understanding of retail operational and execution principles
- Strong experience facilitating training sessions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project tools
