We are looking to hire a SAP Training Lead for an initial 12-month contract in Auckland. This role will manage a medium to large sized team and be responsible for the successful delivery of training to end-users.
This role plays an integral part in a large, 5 year S/4HANA implementation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the research and development of SAP training materials
- Provide effective and timely management of all SAP training requirements
- Interact constantly and comfortably with large groups of employees and in one on one sessions
- Plan and implement effective processes to improve technology support to users
- Demonstrated 8-10 years SAP Training delivery experience
- Previous S/4HANA project experience
- Experience in training delivery of SAP Modules
- Experience in leading a medium sized SAP Training team
- Demonstrated experience in delivering quality SAP Training is a must!
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as you will be engaging with both SAP Trainers and End-Users
