- Relevant tertiary / professional qualifications in business, or a related field (postgraduate qualification in Change Management highly desirable).
- Extensive (at least 7 years) experience working in a similar role in a diverse multi-disciplined organisation.
- Extensive experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven ability in interpreting technical information and translating it into audience appropriate communications.
- Extensive ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques and analytical skills in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technologies and integrating diverse user systems.
- Foundational Information Management knowledge is highly desirable.
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills with the ability to drive change with key stakeholders and industries and solve complex problems through the design and implementation of effective solutions.
