Isuzu UTE Australia (IUA) are the official distributor of the Isuzu D-MAX and MU-X range across Australia. IUA are undergoing a digital transformation programme and require a dynamic, innovative Change Manager to support the project team, wider business and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the General Manager - IT and forming part of the project team this position is initially responsible for planning, developing, delivering and managing changes that are made during our digital transformation project across ERP, CRM, HR, LMS, DWBI and other supporting systems.

You will be experienced at delivering enterprise level Change Management and communication programs across multiple levels of an organisation. You will have an outstanding ability to engage with a range of stakeholders to bring them on a digital transformation journey with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to support our next decade of growth.
About The Role
As a Change Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop strategies/framework for the business to support and manage changes;
- Analyse impact of changes and develop solutions to maximise the business value;
- Work with project teams to integrate change management into overall project plans;
- Identify potential stakeholder risks, points of resistance and develop plans to mitigate;
- Provide training programs suitable for managing change (including reinforcement); and
- Identify post implementation adoption challenges and implement corrective actions.
Your ideal skills & expertise are:
- Strong knowledge of change management principles & methodologies;
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and project lifecycle;
- Exceptional verbal, written communication and excellent active listening skills;
- High level business and analytical skills;
- Excellent interpersonal communication;
- Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal;
- Experience with automotive or similar franchise industry; and
- Ideally familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/CE platforms and support systems.
