Our approach to change has seen us work with clients across a range of sectors to deliver change programs, as well as help them grow their internal change capabilities.
Due to our ever-growing pipeline of work, we are now seeking expressions of interest from experienced change practitioners who share our passion of doing change better. We're hiring for multiple roles, from Change Practitioners and Analysts, through to experienced Change Managers.
Some of the key attributes we look for are breadth and flexibility, the ability to comfortably work across a range of sectors and projects. We are keen to hear from change professionals with varying levels of experience and expertise. As examples:
Change Leaders
Typically work with our clients to develop and define change programs, to better understand the overall impact of any proposed change and how it might impact their overall corporate strategy and operations. They will likely get involved in some execution and ‘hands on’ project delivery too.
Change Partner
Typically revel in getting stuff done, delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients by working closely with them to manage change projects.
