The Change Manager will be accountable for the delivery of all change management activities within Business Implementation working closely with the Hospital and Health Services to maximise the sustainable adoption of change and minimise resistance. The Change Manager reports to the Executive Director, Corporate Enterprise Solutions, however, will be assigned project deliverables by the Project Implementation Manager.
About the Digital Passport Project:
The Digital Passport project was established to support staff mobility across the large and complex health system including Hospital and Health Services (HHS) and the Department of Health. The Digital Passport solution is designed to support statewide employee mobility by bringing the visibility of agreed data for current employees into one place, providing greater transparency, and reducing duplicated effort associated with staff movements.
The Stage 1 rollout of the project planned for June 2024 will deliver early organisational benefits and process efficiencies in relation to onboarding existing Queensland Health staff and validating status of employee information. Providing opportunity for staff to avoid duplication of effort in repeating training or duplication of submission of information they have already provided.
What we are looking for:
- Proven success and high-level experience in workforce management transformational change management and leadership including enabling of benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, and communications and training within a large complex organisation-wide project environment.
- Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies, tools and artefacts in a large-scale complex project environment focussed on workforce management transformation.
- Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change.
- Advanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consultation and collaboration with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders on complex and strategic issues.
- Demonstrated capability in change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualisation and problem solving, and management of multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
