Our client is a Non-Profit providing a range of services in the Disability, Youth and Allied Health space. This role will oversee a number of transformation initiatives within the NDIS Financial Plan Management service.
The division is responsible for processing and paying invoices on behalf of people with a disability to the value of $0.5B annually. As one of the largest Plan Managers in Victoria there is massive opportunity to further grow and develop this service, particularly through digital enhancement and efficiencies. The role will involve:
- Leading the development and implementation of digital,engagement and efficiency-based system and processes
- Identifying and implementing improvements for the purpose of customer engagement and enhanced business performance.
- Ensuring readiness for significant client growth, with a focus onscalable and sustainable business transformation activities.
- Works with Business Solutions to develop the overall digitalstrategy and schedule for the implementation of defined projectsand initiatives.
