AddressChange Manager – Security Uplift
As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our defences, we are embarking on a large-scale Cyber Security Program. We're seeking a talented Change Manager to join our dynamic team and drive change initiatives throughout this critical program.
WHAT’S ON OFFER
- Melbourne CBD based. Hybrid working.
- $1000 a day Inclusive of superannuation
- Exposure to working alongside one of Australia’s largest energy providers.
- 6-month rolling contract.

THE ROLE:
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to the needs of each project within the Cyber Security Program.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify change impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead change initiatives by effectively communicating the benefits of proposed changes and addressing any resistance or concerns.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management activities and continuously refine approaches based on feedback and results.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing change management best practices and methodologies.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new cyber security measures.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change management activities to program leadership and stakeholders.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive experience as a Change Manager, preferably within the cyber security domain or related technology projects.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management strategies in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project management or working within project teams is highly desirable.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) or related field is highly regarded.
