***ACT ONLY – NV1 CLEARNCE REQUIRED***A leading government agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager to join their dynamic Salesforce program team. This role is essential for managing change activities, ensuring effective delivery of business capabilities, and optimizing the realization of measurable benefits across various projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management and communication strategies for the Salesforce program.
- Collaborate with project teams to execute agreed plans covering communications, stakeholder management, user engagement, training, and business process improvements.
- Create change management plan structures and approaches, assisting stakeholders in developing their internal change management plans.
- Provide weekly reports to the project manager and attend project meetings, including project boards and user advisory groups.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT Organizational Change Manager role, delivering desired business outcomes in a large and complex IT environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, tools, and structures.
- Experience with change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or ACMP, and applying them to Agile and PRINCE2 projects.
