The division employs more than 3600 team members.About the role:The Change Manager for eCommerce & Loyalty holds a pivotal position in aiding the implementation of strategic eCommerce and Loyalty initiatives through efficient change management procedures. This role focusses on ensuring seamless transitions and uptake of novel systems, processes, and methodologies to optimise the outcomes of significant strategic endeavours.What you'll bring:
- 8-10 years of experience in change management, ideally in digital, loyalty, or technology environments.
- Ability to analyse and understand the impacts of change on people, process and technology and develop plans to manage these impacts.
- Expertise in designing and delivering change strategies and related plans including communications and engagement, and training plans.
- Proven experience in building strong relationships with key stakeholders and managing resistance to change.Expertise in monitoring and tracking change readiness and adoption of change.
- Effective collaboration with consideration and respect for team members' contributions.
- Thorough understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse change projects and driving effective change.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with the ability to influence and motivate individuals at all organisational levels.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Organisational Change, Human Resource Management, Communications, or related field)
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable
