About the role
We have a number of key initiatives happening at Cbus and we require an experienced Change Manager to join the team on an initial 12 month contract. As one of our Change Managers you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing change management capabilities for Cbus and supporting the delivery of Cbus strategic projects. This is a hands-on role that requires you to take ownership and accountability for deliverables and to be responsive to the needs of the teams impacted by the change.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience delivering change programs in complex and challenging environments plus a knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships are a must. Experience within the Superannuation industry and knowledge of Superannuation frameworks is highly desirable, but not essential.
This role works with relevant Project Managers, Product Owners and technical delivery teams in implementing and embedding changes into the organisation including: formulating business impact assessments, designing appropriate change management and communications plans, enabling change readiness, managing stakeholder engagement plans and reporting on status and progress of initiatives.
It is expected that you will have 3+ years previous experience as a Change Manager with demonstrated experience delivering change programs in complex and challenging environments.
Previous experience utilising an industry standard change management discipline (Formal certification in Prosci ADKAR® model) will help you succeed.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in delivering change in an Agile environment and using JIRA/Confluence and Visio with high-level communication (inter-personal, verbal and written), presentation and coaching skills to help you manage stakeholder relationships.
You will have strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt flexibly as required.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of some really exciting key projects that deliver benefits to our members. The Change team as part of P&C is a collaborative and supportive team and a great environment to share ideas to reach the best outcome.
