Channel Sales Manager - Landscape

Join our team at Alpine Nurseries, a key player in Australia's largest wholesale production nursery group located in north-west Sydney, known for its dedication to quality, service and supplying a broad range of green life.

We are seeking a hands-on Channel Sales Manager, leading by example to drive and guide our landscape sales team. situated in Dural NSW. We are looking for an individual with a passion for both people and green life, and some experience in sales management. We require an energetic, customer focused, indoor outdoor person. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the preparation and drive the delivery of your team's profit and sales targets.
• Propel growth through existing and new business in the channel.
• Lead excellence in sales/customer service.
• Coordinating with the production team regarding production planning, stock availability, and delivery.
• Oversee recruitment, inductions, training, and Work Health and Safety for your sales teams.
• Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to build and develop a high-performing sales team through positive leadership and training.

Experience Required:

• Minimum Certificate III in horticulture.
• Minimum of 2+ years of sales management experience.
• Motivated 'hands-on' individual with a proven track record of achieving results by leading through example, strong influencing skills, true resilience, and determination.
• A relationship builder, with sound emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
