- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Develop and manage the kitchen budget, including food costs, labour costs, and other expenses.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimise waste to control costs.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices for ramen-specific ingredients and supplies.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into the ramen menu.
- Experiment with new ingredients and cooking techniques to create unique ramen dishes.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the quality and variety of the ramen offered.
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with expertise in Japanese cuisine and ramen preparation.
- Culinary degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Strong knowledge of ramen cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
