Roles and responsibilities
- All stock are kept under optimum conditions
- Dishes are prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity
- Ensure section is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of Health and safety
Our kitchen is open 11am to 8pm Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, leaving plenty of time for a morning swim or surf at one of our idyllic beaches. Come and join our team and have the work life balance that is often missing in the city.
