Chef / Cook

Cucina Galileo is l ooking for a Chef / Cook specialising in Italian Cuisine

Major duties:

• Prepare and plan menus & costings for a la carte & functions
• Meeting with clients for special event menu design
• Stock control & requistion
• Supervise & train junior staff
• Adhere to OHS & Hygiene regulations

Work experience: Minimum two years experience in a fast paced environment.

Education/Skills: Certificate IV in commercial cookery or Hospitality

Salary: A$65,000 - $70,000 + Superannuation

Annual Leave: 4 weeks

Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
