Cucina Galileo is l ooking for a Chef / Cook specialising in Italian Cuisine
Major duties:
- Prepare and plan menus & costings for a la carte & functions
- Meeting with clients for special event menu design
- Stock control & requistion
- Supervise & train junior staff
- Adhere to OHS & Hygiene regulations
Work experience: Minimum two years experience in a fast paced environment.
Education/Skills: Certificate IV in commercial cookery or Hospitality
Salary: A$65,000 - $70,000 + Superannuation
Annual Leave: 4 weeks
Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
