We are looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join our high-performing kithcen team. You will work with a menu utilising different cooking techniques , local produce and farms and only the freshest product available.

- Generating and assisting in menu ideas
- Assist in the management of the kitchen and staff in accordance to company standards
- Maintaining an effective communication channel between yourself and the head chef and restaurant manager
- Display leadership qualities that will inspire your team of kitchen staff
- Minimum two years experience in high quality food preparation
- Ability to understand all financial requirements including weekly budgets, and food costings
- Creativity and passion for hospitality
- A flexible approach to their work
- Trade qualifications (Certificate IV Commercial Cookery or Equivalent)
- Available to work a variety of shifts
- Function & high volume experience
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
