The iconic and renovated Tall Timbers Hotel has been serving ice cold beers and delicious food since 1949.
We are open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, so you must be willing to work weekends and evenings, and split shifts as well.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Chef de partie to join our team in a full time position.
The role would suit someone who has had previous experience working in a pub, restaurant or hotel environment and has experience in a high-pressure kitchen doing a large number of covers.
About YouThe successful applicants will have good time management skills, be able to work well as part of a team, be able to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness and will ideally be passionate about the industry and looking to develop and grow their skills.
This is a hands-on role and you will be working under our head chefs supervision. You will be expected to keep the same high standards in the cooking and presentation of food and making sure the kitchen is kept clean.
We are looking for someone who can slot into our team and is able to work across a number of sections, including cold larder, pots/pans, and grill; and experience in pizzas will be an advantage.
Onsite parking is provided, and we are walking distance from public transport (Ourimbah Train Station).
