We are on the hunt for an experienced
Chef de Partie to join the team and help us make our vision come true. We are after passionate & motivated people who are keen for a challenge. Both positions demand a high level of experience, organisation & contemporary flair to produce elegant, unforgettable food experiences.
The Chef de Partie will be involved in mis-en-place, service, plating, stock rotation & general cleaning/organisation. This position will provide the opportunity to learn from some of the best.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
• Applicable trade qualifications and accreditations.
• Previous experience as either a Chef de Partie/Commis Chef
• Creativity and knowledge of current food trends
• Takes great pride & passion in the food you produce
• Aptitude for preparation & planning, with
strong organisational skills.
• A natural team player who is happy to do their own thing when necessary but also loves the synergy of a great team
• Personal presentation & communication skills are imperative, along with a positive energy & attitude!
• Driven, ambitious & committed!
• Calm & collected during busy periods
