Little Truffle Dining Room & Bar is freshly renovated & we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our already amazing team.
The roles are available as casual, part-time or full-time depending on your lifestyle.
In this role you will create memorable experiences for our guests through:
- Execution of preparation of recipes to the highest standards for the section and others when necessary
- Ensuring a consistent high quality in the preparation and presentation of all kitchen products
- Preparation and presentation of menu items showing variety and flair, within the cost margins specified by the Executive Chef
- Assisting the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine with menu preparation and ensuring adequate supplies are available for expected service
- Liaison with Restaurant colleagues regarding the availability of menu items, additions to the menu and any relevant changes
If our role interests you and you are able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role and environment.
- Trade qualifications in commercial cookery.
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles.
- Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards.
- Genuine commitment to guest service, attention to detail and passionate about the Industry
