SalaryJob Description: As a CDP or Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen's success, ensuring the delivery of outstanding dining experiences while working a sought after Hospitality Roster with no late nights and the majority of shifts during lunch and early dinner

The Role: As CDP or Sous Chef you will be leading, helping and orchestrating a seamless service in collaboration with the Head Chef, training, mentoring, and developing kitchen staff to maximize their potential. You will also have the ability to run a successful service in the absence of the Head Chef.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills to lead and guide the kitchen brigade.
- An ability to take direction and work collaboratively with the culinary team.
- A passion for teaching, learning and sharing your culinary knowledge.
- Proven experience in a high-end restaurant kitchen.
- Previous Mediterranean cuisine experience a bonus
