The Venue & role:
We are currently looking for experienced, motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team, with potential for career growth for the right candidate. This role would be well suited to someone who can lead, develop and inspire with their people management skills, as well as someone who enjoys hospitality life.

We are looking for someone who is classically trained in French cuisine and has experience in French restaurants and can demonstrate the ability to cook modern honest French flare.

Qualifications required:
Certificate IV or Diploma on Commercial Cookery, plus two years of relevant experience OR three - Five years of relevant experience

Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
