The role
A unique opportunity for a professional and experienced Chef De Partie has arisen to join the kitchen team. We are looking for an outstanding person who has had experience working in a fast paced kitchen and delivering high quality buffet-style dishes.
You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen - ideally in a similar setting
- Ability to produce quality food, use fresh produce and be creative
- Must have Qualifications or equivalent trade experience
- HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge
- Prepared to work across multi outlets including service and functions/events
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
- Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
- You will be reliable, dedicated and willing to continue learning
