Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is one of Australia’s most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club. Vikings Sports Club is a real family friendly venue, with great Bistro Meals and Little Vikings, a play area for the young ones. We are passionate about bringing together our community, supporting local causes, and offering welcoming experiences for our members and community by delivering exceptional service.
The Role:
Vikings Sports Club has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled Full-Time Chef De Partie, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This exciting role will offer the successful candidate a great work life balance, enjoying a 4 days on 3 days off work arrangement.
About you:
- Experience in a similar position in a hotel, restaurant, or club environment.
- Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III Commercial Cookery)
- Highly reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of workplace, health, and safety procedures in a kitchen.
- Positive attitude and is a team player
- RSA & RCG or willing to obtain prior to commencement.
- Unlimited working rights in Australia.
