Firedoor is the only fire-powered restaurant in Australia, and quite possibly the most unique. Situated in the back streets of Surry Hills, chef Lennox Hastie works instinctively with fire and ingredient, creating a seasonally-driven menu daily to showcase the natural beauty of wood fired cooking.

What we are looking for
2 years experience working at a Chef De Partie within a fine dining restaurant.
Experience of cooking with fire is preferred
Detailed and in depth knowledge of food and produce
Strong leadership and training skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends
