A fantastic opportunity has come up to be part of an exciting time at one of Sydney's most iconic Pubs. Our refurbishments of the entire ground floor are complete and we are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie/Cook to join our team. The Hotel has 2 outlets serving Pub Classics & Modern Australian Cuisine functions with up to 300 guests upstairs, the successful candidate will possess the following:
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced kitchen
Passionate about food with a proven ability to reach the higher standards and quality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to supervise, inspire and motivate a team to deliver excellent food quality and service
Functions experience an advantage
Parking provided
Close to transport
