Chef / Grill Chef

We are Brugan Brewing, a micro-brewery and traditional ye old country tavern restaurant located near Harvey in the heart of Wokalup, Western Australia. Only 1 hour and 40 minutes from Perth.

We're passionate about the simple things in life, like craft beer and good food.

To that end, we are seeking a qualified Chef de Partie / Grill Chef to join our team in creating delicious food using our charcoal grill, with a few of the old pub classics as well as some modern brew food options too.

This role has ample opportunities for growth in a fast-moving, exciting environment that is rewarding, nurturing and focussed on ensuring a great work/life balance by providing a 4 day work week, amazing staff culture and making sure that you are the priority. This role is a full-time position.

You will be resposible for supporting and assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of running the kitchen and food service.

Our ideal candidates will possess the following experience:

• minimum two years relevant kitchen experience in a similar establishment
• demonstrated knowledge of food hygiene laws and safety regulations
• working with or an interest in learning about cooking over a charcoal grill, utelising smoking techniques
