The High Wycombe Bar & Grill is makingan addition to our existing friendly team and is seeking an experienced fulltime Chef De Partie. This position offers the opportunity for careerdevelopment with constant encouragement and support from management.

ThePosition:
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to execute and deliver high-quality dishes in a timely manner.
- Prepare and cook a range of menu items according to recipes and guidelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and presentation techniques.
- Supervise and train junior members of the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Take responsibility for your assigned section, ensuring stock levels are maintained appropriately.
- Assist in menu planning & creative development.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Actively participate in inventory management, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Working with the team to adhere to & improve operational procedures, with a focus on efficiency and excellence.
Oursuccessful candidate will have:
- Minimum two years' experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients and kitchen equipment.
- Leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring a team.
- The ability to adapt and succeed in high-pressure service periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- A positive attitude that is aligned with our company values and culture.
- Curiosity and a desire to expand their knowledge.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day week includingweekends and public holidays
