Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment coupled with a high standard for quality that must not be compromised. The team is supportive & close knit, with all involved very passionate about the food industry and dedicated to their jobs.

About You:
- 2+ years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume environment on a charcoal or flame grill
- Butchery and dry ageing experience preferred
- Able to accurately work to standards and recipes
- A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification
- Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
