We are a best Selling patisserie based in North Parramatta NSW and are looking to hire a Chef/Assistant Chef to work under the hand of the chef/owner of his patisserie. He specialises in european cakes and french biscuits (amongst other things) but your focus will be baking, filling, decorating cakes both in fresh cream and fondant, cutting slabs, preparations etc…
It is very important that you have minimum 2 years experience in this field as time is of essence to the chef. If you feel you fit this position please email Joanne at ***************@hotmail.com.
